Jonathan H Kagan*

Non-Executive Director (Aged 52), joined the Group as a Director in 2007. He is a Managing Principal of Corporate Partners LLC and a Managing Director of Lazard Alternative Investments LLC.

Previously he was a Managing Director of Corporate Partners I, which he joined in 1990, and of Centre Partners Management LLC. He began his career in the investment banking division of Lazard Freres & Co. in 1980 and became a General Partner in 1987.

He is or has been a member of the board of directors of NYSE and NASDAQ listed companies.
